With your consent, we will send you SMS/MMS text messages related to those services — for example: requests for required documents (such as a medical examiner’s certificate or a copy of your license), driver qualification file reminders, upcoming expiration alerts (CDL, medical certificate), drug and alcohol testing notices, application status updates, and replies from your ClaimShield consultant. You may reply to these messages, including with a photo of a requested document.
This program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
